February 2025: Lenny performed superior troubleshooting service on my ailing furnace! The unit was 'short cycling'; air was heated to temperature but then the unit would immediately abort pushing the heated air into the ductwork. Lenny's air pressure measurements identified a relatively high resistance to airflow. We opened a couple air vents that had been closed all winter; the furnace worked properly afterward. Lenny also explained how to read the flashing LED error code display on the furnace motherboard, and repositioned our CO detector to operate effectively. Highly recommended!

Trent did a great job! He arrived on time, then replaced a failing TXV valve in my A/C. He briefed me on repair progress and notified me of likely future repairs for my aging unit. Highly recommended!

Matt also did a great job! He arrived on time to perform yearly preventive maintenance on my furnace and water heater. The furnace had developed an annoying rattle which Matt tracked to a loose boiler plate; he easily fixed it by tightening screws. He also identified and fixed a 'loose union' on the water heater that had developed a slow gas leak. Highly recommend!

Art was there on time after calling to confirm
He inspected and serviced the furnace the humidifier the thermostats and the filter
He gave me a complete report when he was finished

Lenny K performed our furnace winter service very well. Needed to replace a capacitor for the intake blower motor after checking voltage on existing one. Did a good job.

Extremely pleased with Broadview Heating & Cooling.
It started with calling yesterday to get an appointment. The operator was pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in getting a Service Tech to my home ASAP. Appointment was easy to get and fit into my schedule.
Appointment was for 8:00 - 8:30 today. At 7:59 Roger was at my door. After introducing himself, Roger went immediately to work. Within 30 minutes Roger diagnosed the problem, made the necessary repairs, reviewed the invoice with me, and was off to his next appointment.
It was truly a very pleasant experience!

Very prompt and courteous. The several technicians we have had here over the years really know there stuff. The problem gets diagnosed and fixed swiftly. The value for the level of service is very fair and piece of mind is priceless!

My first engagement of Broadview Heating & Air Conditioning was excellent. I received a notification by phone with a photo ID when Kyle the technician was on his way which I very much appreciated. Kyle performed a thorough inspection of my furnace, explaining step by step what was.being done and patiently answering my questions. He also changed my furnace filter, adjusted the settings on the thermostat and tested the furnace to make sure it was working properly. I had also requested that my dryer vent be cleaned which was done to my complete satisfaction. I was pleased to be able to purchase two digital Carbon Monoxide Alarms from Broadview Heating which Kyle installed. After completing all scheduled tasks Kyle provided written information on various maintenance agreements available to customers. Kyle’s positive personality, skill and knowledge of his trade made for a great service appointment. I will be calling upon Broadview Heating and Cooling for my future furnace, air conditioning and electrical needs.

Dan did not have access to my exact thermostat for a replacement, nor was he able to execute what should have been a warranty coverage for it. My choices ended up being waiting some indefinite amount of time or paying to have a different thermostat put in today. All in all the work he did was OK, but not necessarily thrilled at spending more than what I needed to because it’s an emergency/weekend and I would have been left without heat.
