I am very pleased to have received a complementary checkup of my heating system in accordance with Broadview Heating, Air Conditioning, & Electrical's Furnace Checklist. Steve, the Technician, arrived promptly in the morning and was a pleasure to work with. Steve cleaned the furnace, completing all tasks outlined in the Checklist and determined that my furnace is working properly. Excellent service and customer relations.

Very efficient service; able to identify a reason for which my basement sump pump was not working - instead of doing an expensive panel change, they identified a bolt that was interfering with the braker, and is now working. The cost was just the diagnostic assessment. Very honest and reliable.

Unlike previous technicians from other companies who were unfamiliar with my specialized HVAC system, he immediately understood the setup and the issue. This is Deanna Leonardi and my son Carl called for me for service . On the coldest day blustery with snow and a Sunday Lenny came and put Priority on my premises because I had no heat .
