His communication was excellent throughout the entire process—he kept me informed, arrived when expected, and explained everything clearly. The service was fast, professional, and efficient. Roger came less than 24 hours after my AC unit stopped working during the heat wave. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. The unit was working within 20 minutes of his arrival. He stayed an additional 15 minutes after the repair to make sure everything was okay.
