Trent did a great job! Routine service on generator and air conditioner. Highly recommended!

Roger was very professional and friendly. He notified us when he was on his way and did all the work efficiently.

Roger came less than 24 hours after my AC unit stopped working during the heat wave. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. The unit was working within 20 minutes of his arrival. He stayed an additional 15 minutes after the repair to make sure everything was okay.

The technicians were professional, polite, and hardworking. Justin was thorough and knowledgeable, making sure that I understood how to use my new system. I also liked that the installation was a two day process, which tells me that they were careful to do the job correctly and carefully. The salesman was also knowledgeable, patient, and didn’t try to upsell me. All necessary wiring, venting, old system removal, and electrical work was included. The turnaround from estimate to installation was fast (just over a week). I highly recommend Broadview Heating & A/C and will be using them for future HVAC needs.

Great service as usual. Kirk completed our annual A/C service in a reasonable amount of time, made no mess, and took the time to explain to me the work he performed.

Had Lenny come out to check our older AC system. Did a fantastic job explaining everything as he was checking. Got it cleaned up and a part replaced and hopefully running better once it warms back up outside!
