Steven the technician arrived promptly in the morning and was a pleasure to work with. Very efficient service; able to identify a reason for which my basement sump pump was not working - instead of doing an expensive panel change, they identified a bolt that was interfering with the braker, and is now working. The cost was just the diagnostic assessment. Very honest and reliable.

This is Deanna Leonardi and my son Carl called for me for service . On the coldest day blustery with snow and a Sunday Lenny came and put Priority on my premises because I had no heat .
