We contacted Broadview Heating to come out and check out our boiler system heater.
( we recently spent six thousand dollars with another company which never did repair the heating system . The company who I choose not to name will be reported to the BBB. The other company gave us two more estimates of an additional six thousand for repairs or eighteen thousand for a whole new system.
Roger from Broadview Heating came this morning, preformed an assessment, and came to the conclusion that an outdoor sensor needed replaced. (Pennies compared to what we thought)

Very efficient service; able to identify a reason for which my basement sump pump was not working - instead of doing an expensive panel change, they identified a bolt that was interfering with the braker, and is now working. The cost was just the diagnostic assessment. Very honest and reliable.

Matt was an outstanding technician! Highly knowledgeable and confident in his work. Unlike previous technicians from other companies who were unfamiliar with my specialized HVAC system, he immediately understood the setup and the issue. He resolved the problem promptly and also took the time to explain the system to me, including how to perform routine maintenance myself.
