The technician Drew came over within the time frame given to fix my water heater and did a great job. No talking down, very cordial, no upselling (was honest about the state of my heater but didn't try to push any upgrades or whatnot like some places do), and surprisingly affordable. Would definitely recommend.

Scheduling is quick and easy. I was notified when the technician was 15 minutes out so that I had an accurate time of arrival. I have always had courteous and efficient service persons that explained their work in terms I can understand.

Broadview Heating & Air is the best! They installed our A/C and do check ups on all HVAC and electrical regularly. Their communication is great and the technicians we've met have been informative and not at all pushy. Definitely recommend!

Although we did not use Broadview Heating and Air Conditioning for our new installation, I can say that their customer service is phenomenal. We had a gentleman named John come out to evaluate our system and provide a quote. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and all communication was fantastic. The products they offer are top-notch and I am sure their service is just as good. If we should ever need HVAC services in the future, I will be sure to call this place first.

Excellent service covered all the bases for the air conditioning system

This morning, Broadview Heating & AC came out to do my annual inspection and cleaning of my 4 ton AC unit The technician – Kirk – just left a few minutes ago. Kirk was AWESOME. Dedicated, thorough, professional. Very articulate explaining what he did and any issues that he might have encountered. He performed a VERY thorough cleaning of my unit and spent almost 2 hours-- taking off the outside unit cover and cleaning the coil, (this takes the longest ,depending on how dirty the unit is) fan blades, checking the function of all 4 thermostats, and everything else in their 30 point checklist. This is far and above what other companies do. I have been doing business with them for 25 years-- BH&AC recommended and installed the 2nd HVAC system on my house (2013), installed a zoning system (4 zones ) in 1999 , installed a HALO air purification system, have repositioned thermostats and also replaced anode rods on my water heater. Everyone is well trained, friendly, knowledgeable, and actually care about pleasing their customers. Mark, Kirk, TJ, Dale, Lynne, Whitney, Melissa, and others...These people are the BEST in the business. I trust my HVAC system to only them....
